Water that contains significant hard minerals (Calcite,Magnesium, etc.) is called hard water. It affects 85% of all water supplies in the US. Hard water clogs pipes and counteracts the effects of soap and detergent.

Water softeners remove the minerals that cause water to be hard by a process of ion exchange. Softeners can be automatic, semi-automatic, or manual. They collect hardness minerals in a conditioning tank and from time flush them away. Softened water is much more healthy and pleasant for bathing and cleaning than hard water, and will greatly extend the life of copper pipes.

A high capacity polypropylene filter removes silt, dirt, rust and sediment. The water then passes through our proprietary scale inhibitor chamber to prevent minerals from sticking to the tankless water heater exchanger and other parts. The “Heater Cheater” system includes a pressure relief for easy filter changes and a high quality liquid filled pressure gauge with a high pressure indicator red zone. UPC requires water pressure to be maintained below 80 PSI and this gauge helps you maintain that protecting your entire plumbing system. HydroMagnetic 500 Water Conditioner

The Hydromagnetic 500 water conditioning module was designed to deliver the highest magnetic pulling force at a reasonable price. We use only Rare Earth Neodymium Magnets with a combined pulling force of over 500 pounds in each module.
